The come-out 2 or 3 rolls again (nothing lost); 11 and 12 win
outright; 4-10 become the point. The next roll wins only if it is
HIGHER than the point — equal or lower loses, and the dice pass.
No odds, no come bets, no side bets. Bets stay open until the roll;
multiplayer gives 10 ticks to bet, then the dealer rolls for a
shooter who waits another 60 ticks.
