Come-out 6 wins immediately and 1 loses immediately; totals 2-5
become the point. Repeat the point before rolling a 1 to win; any
other face rolls again, and a 1 kills every line bet and passes
the die.
No odds, no come bets, no side bets. Bets stay open until the roll;
multiplayer gives 10 seconds to bet, then the dealer rolls for a
shooter who waits another 60 seconds.
