- Make sure this doesn't ruin the casino but: A rare drop that improves your casino odds? Blocks low cards in BJ or something for X rounds? Something that tilts EV to like 102%.
+ Better idea: A temporary pass to a room with gimmicked odds or payouts to like 105%.
+ Training gambling room? Very low max bets but 101% payouts? Would have to fit into lore. Maybe it's a way to create problem gamblers.
