Simplified Craps — the shortest table in the casino.

One bet (pass), one roll of two dice, and the dice roll themselves
3 seconds after your bet. There is no roll command and no waiting
for other players: everyone bets their own pass line, every round.

bet 10 Wager on pass (the only bet there is)
bet / rebet Repeat your last wager
table The felt, the dice and your open wager
list This game's bets and payouts
    rules This page
stop / sitout Leave / sit out once your bet settles

How each total pays (stake returns with every win):
    2 3:1
    3 or 4 1:1
    10 or 11 2:1
    12 5:1
    5, 6, 7, 8 or 9 lose

There is no point, no odds, no come bets and no side bets. A loss
passes the dice to the next shooter. House edge: 2.78%.
